Terms of Service

Last updated: August 10, 2026

The service

Alloqui provides a hosted platform and embeddable dialer component that connects your application to telephony providers using credentials you supply. Your relationship with your telephony provider — including their fees and acceptable-use policies — remains your own.

Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account, your project API keys, and the provider credentials you store with us. Notify us immediately if you believe a key has been compromised; keys can be rotated from the dashboard at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Alloqui to:

  • Place unlawful, fraudulent, or harassing calls, including robocalls that violate applicable telemarketing regulations.
  • Spoof caller identity or otherwise misrepresent the origin of calls.
  • Circumvent tier limits or resell access to the platform without an agreement with us.

Plans and billing

The Free tier is limited to outbound calling with usage caps. Pro is billed as a flat monthly fee and can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. We never charge per-minute fees; your provider bills you directly for telephony usage.

Availability and liability

Alloqui is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding a claim. We are not liable for outages or behavior of third-party telephony providers.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the dashboard. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
